THANK YOU! Steptoe for Ward 5 City Council

Greetings All - At 8:15AM today, I was first to arrive at the DC Board of Elections and Ethics. Shortly thereafter, and on behalf of the Steptoe for Ward 5 City Council campaign, I submitted 39 ballot nominating petitions. The majority of the 39 ballot petitions were circulated by me personally.

In spite of very cold temperatures during the holidays, it was well worth the time and foot work to meet, listen and engage our Ward 5 community. I am pleased to report that our committed foot efforts paid off; candidate Steptoe and others obtained a grand total of 741 petition signatures from residents throughout Ward 5.

I wish to extend a very sincere and hearty THANK YOU to all who signed my petitions and to all who volunteered to circulate. THANK YOU!
