Would you or members of your team be willing to be panelists and answer questions from Ft. Lincoln residents? To familiarize, below is a brief history on Ft. Lincoln's development which is also found at http://www.ftlincoln.org/. I would be happy to send you additional background materials at your request. It would be educational and inspiring for Ft. Lincoln residents to witness government officials and candidates directly involved with promoting their betterment.

FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 2014, TENAC CANDIDATES' FORUM
TENAC (the D.C. Tenants' Advocacy Coalition) is the lead tenants' organization in the city, representing all who live in rental housing (two-thirds of the city'€™s population). We are greatly concerned about tenant hardships in the District, including unaffordable housing, rent control abuse, sky high utility rates, development and gentrification displacement of tenants, and tenant association harassment, among many others. district tenants need to hear from you. You need to hear from them. This forum is crucial; we know you will want to attend.

This year we are adding a critical new dimension, the TENAC Straw Poll to the Forum. At its conclusion, we will conduct a straw vote, a first for TENAC, to determine who participating tenants think are the best candidates to represent D.C. tenants. Within the week following the Candidates Forum, TENAC will make its official candidate endorsements.

We would like to invite you to take part in our City Council candidate forum on Feb. 26 at 7pm (location TBD). Stein Club membership is open to any and all LGBTQ people and allies. We encourage you to invite your supporters to become members and attend the forum. Historically, the candidates who do the most work to encourage Stein membership and attendance at the forum when[sic] the endorsement.
